For as long as I can remember I’ve loved to draw and paint. As a 10 year old I used to breathe in the scent of a new sketch pad like it was an expensive perfume.
Life then got in the way of my creative pursuits, as it sometimes does, and I’ve been super fortunate to have a career, and in the last 6 years, 3 beautiful children. Together, we live on his family cattle station near Cloncurry in outback North Queensland.
Our lifestyle is truly wonderful. It is definitely the land of droughts and flooding rains; it is also awe-inspiring. Rugged red hills, open blue skies, vast open fields, rocky outcrops. All of these elements (together with my creative spirit) combined, so that after my third child came along, I decided to reopen myself and start living a creative life.
Here I am now, showcasing my art and products to you, hoping to spread little strokes of the outback to houses across Australia, and the world.
